It must be done...what my family...my MUM has gone through is just unbelievable...

That sucks. It was weird - I was out of Bne for the floods, so did a quick mental check of everyone before I left - nope, no-one affected. Then I started to think of people THEY knew who were affected, or how they might be affected because of what they do (army, etc.). No six degrees of separation here - more like two! So so sorry for your mum and your family - let me know if there's anything I can do.
